I usually don't use nozzles bigger than .4 due to detail loss. But I can sure see how larger, functional prints, can be of good use for this size nozzle.

If I can get this bowden setup to work at high speed... it will be very good!

This is the "BoomBox" extruder, using two nema 17's with no reduction and idlers as filament clamp. Grip is on opposed sides of the filament! Filament abrasion from gears is minimal!
