The new Sony A7V camera body now has two USB-C ports omitting the older "multi-port USB" from all the cameras in the past. The potential issue is that there is no obvious way to use it as a remote yet. Will Sony produce a corded remote trigger with the USB-C connection? Will someone produce a dummy battery with a mini-phone outlet? Will the Chinese make a 3rd party battery grip with a remote outlet? How will pro shooters use this camera with the Pocket Wizard system in the future? With 30fps, pre-capture, and a sub $3K price tag, the new Sony A7V seems to be the best option for remote use, but how will we trigger it?????
