On February 6, 2025, rangers at Hart Park (Kern County, CA) responded to reports of someone removing the American flag. They found a car stuck by the pole, the U.S. flag in the mud, and the Mexican flag raised. Crystal Aguilar, 24, was arrested on suspicion of threatening a peace officer, vandalism, resisting, trespassing with a vehicle, violating a county ordinance, and bringing marijuana into the park. This is body-worn camera footage of what followed.
