Suffering with low mood is a totally normal experience and one that we don't seek to eliminate in yoga altogether. However, we do want practices to help us bounce back from difficult life experiences and to prepare ourselves to for resiliency in the presence of pain. This practice is just about that—embracing what is difficult by acknowledging it and becoming active in the presence of it.
