Hoo boy, what a fight. In hindsight, this was one of the hardest level 21 fights I've done. I was inexperienced, and the Unbread Twins are one of the harder boss fights in general.
Beyond just being a long fight, the twins hit hard. Between them and the minions they spawn, anyone's at risk at dying. The best solution is to take out the minions as soon as possible once the twins reach their scripted sadness, because at that point minions don't seem to spawn.
The other important battle is one of keeping heart and juice up to reasonable levels. In particular, Hero always has to heal when possible, and Omori's skills just cost a lot of juice. It is manageable though, especially after it's just the twins.
