This is probably the least time I've spent on a challenge, but I wanted to see how possible it was. Perhaps with augmented luck the same in one turn is also possible, but as is this works.
After trying this five times and winning four times, I'd estimate this strategy works about 80-90% of the time, even with Tickle and Charm in place of strategy to make it more reliable.
Even without Tickle, I can't do enough consistent damage to win on the first turn, so instead I elect use Paper Bag and Charm to allow for the extra Red Hands, which makes for a more consistent win.
Equipment:
Omori: Red Knife, Gladiolus Hairband
Aubrey: Baseball Bat, Flower Crown
Kel: Basketball, Cough Mask
Hero: Ol' Reliable, Paper Bag
