Hoo boy, what a boss. Kefka's massive HP pool makes him pretty tedious. Even so, even a level 40 team can bring him down with some luck.
He especially becomes quite dangerous after certain thresholds. At 50% heart, he gains a counter move, which upgrades at 10% heart when he starts using AOE attacks. He also has some annoying moves, like removing skill usage and removing emotions.
However, some countermeasures make him a lot easier. Namely, stat debuffs are paramount, and so are AOE attacks to bypass counters. I should've been more careful near the end, but it was still enough to beat him.
Equipment:
Omori: Red Knife, Gladiolus Hairband
Aubrey: Baseball Bat, Rose Hairclip
Kel: Basketball, Chef's Hat
Hero: LOL Sword, Flower Crown
