IT’S HERE!!!!!
This is going to be an exciting journey with my new IKAWA. I had the IKAWA Pro2 before in Thailand and had been using it for a while. I love my IKAWA Pro2 so much but because of the voltages difference between Thailand and America, I need to find a way to get a new IKAWA in hand.
Thank you Alex Niculae or helping me, teaching me and even showing me where to get the IKAWA in the US. Also big thanks to Rena for helping, communicating and waiting for the right time to ship the roaster to me in Boston.

Today, the Ethiopia Biru Bekele coffee has reached its peak, about a month from the roast date. The coffee has opened up more, offering a cleaner profile that strongly resembles fruit tea. If you enjoy a tea-like body with a silky mouthfeel, this coffee will provide a beautiful experience, expressing itself with a purple hue in taste.
The recipe for today is ideal for maximizing the coffees flavor at its peak: use 15g of coffee for 250ml of water, maintaining a ratio of 1:16.7, and brew for a total time of 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
