Rogue Nation is attempting to appeal his six convictions. They raise interesting arguments, including lesser included offenses (and “double jeopardy as to charges 3, 5 and 7), and that the trial judge applied the incorrect standard to convict on counts 4, 6 and 8. There is a substantial amount of information that predates this appeal. I have unanswered questions. Also, I am not getting paid to do this work, so I’ll wait until the arguments are framed by the government when it files its responding brief. From there, Rogue Nation will file his “reply.” I provided some preliminary questions and observations.
