Get one of these amazing displays from Amazon. For $23 you get a case for the RPi4, an internal Fan unit and the Treedix 3.5 inch Color TFT. It is also touch screen and includes a stylus (much needed for me who suffers from FFS --Fat Finger Syndrome).
The Display can be used with the RPi3 but the case is fitted for the RPi4. There are RPi3 versions but they seem to cost more. But I got the Pi4 since I have one coming.
With proper adjustment of the resolution you can fit the QUISK spectrum on the face of the display. It is not plug and play, so using a regular HDMI you must load five files and once executed you can then use the piggyback small display.
