A train derailment happened in the early morning hours of August 31st, over at BNSF's massive Northtown Yard, north of Minneapolis, MN. This was a HUGE mess, shutting down most of the yard. It looks like a number of cars were being switched, and got shoved all over the rails.
We'll get an aerial view of the damage from the drone, and see how extensive the derailment was. All crew members on the train are safe, no one nearby was hurt, and the train wasn't carrying anything hazardous to the public.
