I had some questions about a few things. Let's address those questions here!!
The first question was an interesting one. I was asked why my tractor is so clean! I never thought I would ever be questioned as to why my tractor was clean!! LOL But here's my answer and I'm sticking to it!!
Last fall my neighbor Glen offered to make me a new cowling for the front of my tractor cab. Glen is not just a good mechanic, but he is a man of many talents.

My tractor cab was made by Curtis Cab and is pretty nice I have to say, but the cowling, which was made of a heavy poly type of material was never much good. Glen went to work and created this cowling. He had no plans or patterns. He just custom made the cowling as he went. And he sure did an awesome job. From the fit and finish to the neat features he added to it so I could still open the hood without having to remove the cowling to the handy pocket he created for the hydraulic hose connections. He truly is a craftsman and I am way more than happy with the results.
But as for why the tractor is clean: well Glen likes to work on clean subjects. So before he even started on this cowling he cleaned my tractor from one end to the other, inside and out. And I don't mean he wiped it down, he washed, wiped, scrubbed and polished the whole tractor. It was never that clean even when it came from the dealer!! So thanks Glen for the great cowling and for the great cleaning job you did too!!
The next question was about how I switch my snow blade to dozer blade mode. It really is pretty simple. Two little clips that are placed in such a way so as to prevent the blade from folding down when it hits something. In snow plow mode the blade will fold down to dump and slide over whatever it was that it came up against. In dozer mode you don't want that to happen. These clips keep the blade in the upright position. I'm not too sure is all blades have this option, but I sure find it a handy thing to have on my blade.
