This is "Torvak The Warrior" for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1990 by Core Design Limited and developed by Andrew Green(code), Lee Pullen(graphics), Terry Lloyd(graphics) and Matt Furniss(music).
Torvak is a side scrolling hack n' slash game with some elements of exploration.
The graphics are nice although they are drawn with a limited color palette.
The sound effects are ok but the music is exceptional! Too bad we can't have them both during the gameplay.
The controls are very responsive they won't give you any kind of trouble.
Some features of the game are quite annoying like the the grasping hands that come off the ground without any warning and the poison spitting plants that are almost invisible because they blend with the background graphics.
In addition the leaps of faith and the overlapping foreground graphics are supposed to offer some challenge but i don't like it.
I recommend this game.
Oh! I have included at the end of the video all the tunes of the game.
Don't miss it!

This is Overkill for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1993 by Mindscape and developed by Mark Sibly.
The game is based on Defender but its gameplay is different.
Due to the ultra fast action of the game, there were moments i couldnt figure out what was going on!
Very playable but very hard and unforgiving in places.
