This is "3D Starstrike" for the Amstrad cpc.
This game was released in 1985 by Realtime Games.
It is actually a Star Wars clone, only it uses "mode 0" graphics mode which allows 16 colors on screen as well as faster wireframe 3D graphics.
Another game that kept me busy for hours as me and 2 friends of mine was trying to break each other's high score.
