This is "Atlantis" for the Amstrad CPC released back in 1985 by Anirog Software and developed by Gary Ritchie.
A nice little arcade action game in which you control a diver in his effort to save a sailor and a mermaid as well as to gather a precious pearl.
To protect your self from sea nasties you have your trusty speargun.
Although its age the game is well made and very fun to play!
