This is "Fire!" for the Commodore Amiga.
It was released back in 1989 by New Deal Productions and dveloped by Dominico Manfredi(code), Elie Daniel(music) and Imagex(graphics).
It's a very simple shoot 'em up game and a mix between Choplifter, Defender and Silkworm.
Just fly left and right, destroy all ground and air targets and occasionally rescue some people from drowning.
The graphics are nice with multiple levels of parallax scrolling, bright vivid colors and they are moving smooth and fast, very fast!
There is no in game music but the sound effects are quite good.
I have included the intro music at the end of the video.
The game is very hard and i had to make heavy use of savestates in order to finish it.
You have only one life but unlimited continues.
At the start of each level i have included all the times i was destroyed before complete a mission.
There are ten missions in total and after them the game loops back to mission one.
