This is the first in a series of eight Tormach Garage Series videos by our friend and fellow Machinist, Jeremiah Daws. He will be walking you, the new mill user, through: Powering Up Your Machine, the PathPilot Interface, Workholding, Toolholding and Tools, Running Coolant, CAD/CAM, and Conversational Programming.
Each of these topics will cover the basics of CNC to teach you the basic concept and to get you using your machine right away. This series of videos can also be used by our growing network of technical education teachers and makerspaces to introduces these milling basics to your CNC students.
