You've had chicken katsu, now it's time for tonkatsu!

Thinly sliced pork
Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour
Egg
Panko
Salt and pepper your pork. Bread pork with flour. Dip into egg. Bread with panko. Deep fry on each side for a few minutes. Drain well on paper towels.
Katsu Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
1/4 cup granulated sugar, unpacked
garlic salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Set aside and allow to cool before serving.
