Junnngggggliiiiiist! It's almost impossible to make a good tasting bread without salt, but Tommy has mastered his own technique using local ingredients to make one of the tastiest and healthiest ITAL breads on the planet! With flour, yeast, molasses, bananas, (sometimes black sapote), lebkuchen spices and some other locally found ingredients, Tommy shows me his technique to cook this ital style bread on the fire, protected by natural banana leaves. The cats, dogs & peacocks love it too....Hope you can try and let me know how it goes,
