This is a crazy one, I was not expecting anything like it! Straight from Rastafari Herbal Gardens in Westmoreland, Jamaica 🇯🇲. Tommy is cooking up a salad based on a very well loved and versatile fruit. He also uses a ton of local ingredients that we find on his magical jungle property: Regular things like turnip, carrot, garlic, beets, ginger, tomatoes, coco and peppers, but also some wild stuff like Thai livity plant, sprouted coconut, belimbi, french thyme, ram goat dash along, penny royal, even hibiscus flowers 🌺!
