I'm with the incredible and always creative Tommy from Rastafari Herbal Gardens today, preparing some epic Jackfruit seed hummus! Although it doesn't have any of the classic hummus ingredients, it still has a wonderful unique flavour and very similar texture to the classic Middle Eastern dip that you all know and love. Make sure to save your jackfruit seeds in the future!
