This is Grenada's national dish, but cooked Rasta style PURE ITAL in a calabash on hot coals by the man himself, @rasginga! All veggies, all Delicious!
Just take what veggies you have, in this case sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin, callaloo, season pepper, beans, mint, corn, sweet plantain, okra dasheen, shaddo beni or culantro, rosemary, thyme, scallions....grind up some turmeric with your coconut to make a nice milk, and boil away in a bash on some white hot coals.
