This is "Time Soldier" for the Commodore Amiga released back in 1989 by Electrocoin and developed by Smart Egg(Simon Williams[code], Rico Holmes[graphics], Allister Brimble[music] and Said Hassan[misc]).
I don't know but this game feels like an unfinished one.
It received a commercial release but overall the game looks like was put on the shelves before the developers finish their job.
The music by Allister Brimble is very good.
I have included it at the the end of the video.
