This is "Typhoon" for the Amstrad CPC released back in 1988 by Ocean Software and developed by Steve Lamb(code, graphics), Alison Jeftha(graphics) and Jonathan Dunn(music).
This game is the conversion to the Konami's 1987 arcade game Typhoon also known as Ajax.
It is a very mediocre conversion and basically just another Spectrum port.
The pseudo-3D levels are very poorly designed and the vertical scrolling levels could have been a lot better.
The controls sometimes during the vertical scrolling levels are unresponsive, especially when trying to press the space bar button to release bombs.
