...I've been working on a project for a while now & this is one of the last parts of the preparation to put it all together.
.
...It's rope made from the inner bark of Malayan cherry twisted into three ply. I wanted ten metres really but I ran out of fibres so had to settle for eight in the end. I haven't give it a proper strength test yet but I'm hoping it's strong enough for this project.

...I'll keep you posted on what I'm up to soon when I've got the last little bits of this project together ...
