There's no denying that pineapple and RumChata go hand in hand. But when you add a little banana liqueur in, it's next level. Wait, what's RumChata?
Today, I'll tell you all about RumChata and show you how to make an easy three ingredient cocktail that you will want to make for your next small gathering. I just took this one to the beach with me in the Elevated Craft Shaker and it was amazing.

The Pineapple Monkey | Cocktail Ingredients
3 oz. (90 ml) RumChata
2 oz. (60 ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30 ml) Banana Liqueur
Garnish with Nutmeg and Pineapple Fronds
Recipe Source:
I tweaked a recipe that was on the Rumchata website by messing with
some ratios and adding banana liqueur to the mix.
Next Week I'll make a cocktail using: Irish Whiskey.....Stay Tuned!
