The Home Bartender is back with her 4th Series of cocktails! So let's get shaking!
This week: The POMEGRANATE FLIP! Showstopper alert! This cocktail has the look and taste of the holidays. This "egg white cocktail" is creamy & colorful. It's a sophisticated blend of Plymouth gin, homemade French Grenadine, a hint of lemon & sweetness, all balance by the egg white and with the aroma of orange from the bitters. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice or Kwanzaa (and all other observations during the freezing cold winter). Looks great in a coupe! More holiday cocktails on the way.
SUGGESTION: Your family/friend pod can make it and share it together over Zoom...with a Holiday toast! This is a great Thanksgiving dinner cocktail that will pair well with almost anything. CHEERS!
