Let's make a truly Fabulous Strawberry Haitian Punch. You know I love my infusions and experiments and you know I'm all about a great tiki cocktail.
Today's cocktail experiment is easy and can be done with most any rum that you love.
So, take a seat at my home bar and learn how to make this Fabulous Strawberry Haitian Punch.
"Strawberry Haitian Punch" | Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Strawberry infused Barbancourt 3 Star Rum
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Sugar Cane Syrup
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters To Top (or more if you like)
8 oz. (or 1 c.) Crushed Ice
Garnish: Mint, Hibiscus Flower and a Pineapple Core, Or Whatever Suits Your Cocktail today!

I have been making this cocktail for many summer's now. I can't remember where I found an original Rum Punch Recipe.
Today's recipe is a bit of a riff on a Barbados Rhum Punch and a
Cesar's rum Punch. I just added the strawberry aspect.
