For the first episode of my trip, I'm in Blue Ash, Ohio taking on Blue Ash Chili's 8-pound "No Freakin' Way" 4-Way Chili Spaghetti Challenge!

Blue Ash Chili has been a favorite in the Cincinnati area since 1969, serving up classic Cincinnati-style chili and satisfying comfort food in a casual diner atmosphere. Known for their family-recipe chili, massive portions, and friendly staff, the restaurant has built a loyal following over the years and was even featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri and Man vs Food with Casey Webb!

The “No Freakin’ Way” Challenge features 2.5 pounds of spaghetti noodles topped with 2.5 pounds of their award-winning premium chili, all crowned with a massive 2 pounds of shredded cheddar cheese and finished off with 1 pound of jalapeño caps. If you can finish everything under an hour you'll get the $79.99 meal free, a T-shirt, and a photo on their Facebook Wall of Fame!
