After leaving Oklahoma on my way home, I stop to film one last episode in Longmont, Colorado, to take on a MASSIVE infant-size 96oz (6-pound) burrito challenge. Today I'm at Aunt Alice's Kitchen, where they offer their "Big Daddy" breakfast burrito challenge. The food challenge consists of a burrito filled with your choice of meat, (sausage, ham, or chorizo) I went with sausage, 12 eggs, bacon, tomatoes, hash browns, and green hatch chili. The burrito is smothered in gravy and topped with cheese. You have 1 hour to finish to get the $45 meal free, a t-shirt, and a photo on their wall of fame.
