Here's a fun way to get in a blend of chin-ups all in one highly productive mechanical dropset.
For the rope chin-up you're fresh, but it's highly limited by grip.
The wide grip pull-up is limited by leverage, but to a lesser extent than the rope is limited by grip, making it the perfect second variation.
Finally, the neutral grip chin-up is the strongest but by then you're tired, so this is a good way to cap off the triple threat dropset.
This is a logical way to blend these movements for maximum productivity as it basically allows you to hit 3 high quality heavy singles in a row, each with a slightly different emphasis from the other.
Try it for a heavy triple to build brutal pulling strength and freaky forearms.
