Your wash day cycle is how often you're washing and what you're doing on each of those days.
Wash day. Refresh. Refresh. Wash day. Repeat.
How often you move through that cycle is different for everyone. In summer you might be washing more frequently, and that's fine. What matters is knowing what belongs on each type of day and building a schedule that actually fits your hair.
The treatment wash day is where most people have questions. Pre-wash treatments aren't required, but they're worth knowing about if you're dealing with breakage, damage, or tangles.
