In this video I explain why the truth behind the ab wheel and why it often gets a bad reputation from a lot of fitness influencers and YouTube creators. Honestly, I think it comes down to the name "ab wheel." If this equipment had a more descript name, something like "anterior tension wheel" or something like that, then no one would have any reason to knock it. But instead, I see all these videos saying ab wheels don't give you abs, or "watch out for these ab wheel mistakes!" and it's all a bunch of nonsense if you ask me.
