Okay, turns out the death screen for the final monster that cases you in Ending A was bugged so here's the death screen that's supposed to show.
As well, there's an extra scene that occurs after the credits in Ending A under certain circumstances which I assume is from visiting Albert in his office, giving him the medicine bag (which is needed for the taser on that route), and then grabbing his hand after the ceremony. Since I went through the Cryptid Exhibit which bypasses his office when I originally got Ending A it's little surprise I missed it. Seeing this scene also awards the true ending "Safe For Now" achievement.
I might do a full playthrough (especially if I decide to do the achievement to finish the game with no breaks) but otherwise I think that's a wrap for realsies this time.
