A quick run of House 2 showing the route to save your family for one ending.

Apparently there are more things to save from the doll's message! I'm not sure if it's just Lois and Melody that need to be saved to get this ending but the dog, cat, and horse are definitely able to be kept alive to show up at the end. The horse technically doesn't need to be fed (you can run in and out of the room to drop the anvil enough times) but not sure if that will have them show up or not in the end.

You keep Melody alive by cleaning the cat piss with the sponge, wash her dishes for her, and then flush the toilet monster away.

Lois is kept alive by getting into her room and throwing the ball at the chandelier to fall on the creature under the bed. This requires going through the attic (and thus the anvil) since her door is locked and her key appears to only drop if you kill her.

The cat and dog can be saved by providing food to the dog so it won't eat the cat and then trigger the bear trap with the ball to save the cat. The cat can also die if you break the fish bowl but there's no reason to do that on this run. Using pizza and the pie lets you feed both the dog and horse.
