One of the new creatures that can kill you in Midnight Special (not that there are many). It actually moves each time you look away (making conversation with the corpse rather limited) but staring at it expecting it to kill you is a bit more interesting even if the time limit before it moves is very generous.
Still have a few deaths to find before I can say this one is done though if you played the earlier version there wasn't too much added here.
