This is the Widow fight in Hunthussle's Impossible Any% map with the Architect mod. Widow has the AC running full blast and you have to keep smacking them to get the heat going to not freeze.
I found this one really fun to do as a heat zone only spawns briefly after hitting Widow five times (barring the phase transition) which forces you to be speedy on doing damage. It's a little rougher for a hitless win since the heat zones can spawn all the way across the room if you're really unlucky and sometimes they may not warm you up all the way or at all.

Make sure to also download all the dependencies (quite a few of them by now).
