Quick taste test of 2 varieties of mangos, mangifera odorata and another unknown variety but very similar to the Kingston Pride flavour/smell just a smaller type.
The Odorata is actually classified in the Anacardiaceae Cashew family, so technically not a mango, BUT it smells like a mango, tastes similar to mangos, the tree and leaves look exactly like mango trees so I'm not sure how it's classified as something entirely different... but that's what google says :D
I would buy Odorata again for the STRONG scent. The overwhelming perfume will envelope your home. The taste is quite unpleasant. Smell 8/10: Taste 2/10.
