In depth look at the Australian grown Rambai. Upon reflection I'm pretty sure this was picked under ripe. Too many sour bitter notes, nothing like the more pleasant 'sweet' reviews I've seen on YouTube.
Flavour is still really delicious, more citrus notes then a Langsat but would benefit greatly from being picked at a riper stage. Really refreshing cool right out of the fridge.
Will try germinate the seeds. Don't know anything about growing them, so I just stuck them straight into some potting mix. Finger's crossed they sprout.
