The Spiritual Embryo is a concept coming from Taoist meditation and this video explains my view of the concept. Essentially, you view the developing positive energy within you as an embryo that needs constant attention, support, and nourishment. This requires you to make your spiritual cultivation the highest priority in your life. It is a wonderful concept that will benefit anyone who applies it, regardless of their chosen path or stage of awakening!
