A short video on what can be done in about 1 hour for restoring an old toolbox. The powder coating was made using a traditional polyester coating in color 7001. Phosphorus acid (diluted) to 30% was used to prime the toolbox before the powder coating. The powder coating was cured at 180 °C (350 F) for 20 minutes. However, before this, the toolbox was sandblasted clean using a combination of aluminum and sand with guaranteed quality.
