This video describes how to fix your washing machine if it does not pump out the water. Repairing by cleaning out the filter on E18 error code. Empty the water from machine, drain it, unscrew the filter lid. Remove the garbage and reinstall the lid and the drain plug. Test the machine in centrifugation mode and listen to the drain pump when it starts.
