Just a little something I tinkered with real quick. Haven't uploaded a tune in awhile, but feeling the Halloween spirit, so I decided to slap together something a tad on the spooky side to celebrate!
A simple tune from a very important game of my childhood, Lavender Town and Pokemon Tower were always my favorite part of the original Pokemon games. This town, with it's eerie tune, dark story elements, and mysterious Pokemon, helped to cement Ghost-types as my all-time favorite Pokemon.
The piece itself doesn't do much in way of innovation. This arrangement is meant to take on the feel of a somber wake or funeral procession, perhaps through the town itself and into Pokemon Tower. Or perhaps a memorial service held by Mr. Fuji himself, in honor of Cubone's slain mother? Just an excuse to play around with some spooky organ effects, more than anything.
