Part 6 of 6 for a multi-staged, event progression zone for a now-shelved Sonic fan game. Each tune in the series is a different arrangement and style of the same base theme.
Summit is the final stage of the area- the player breaching the surface at the peak of the mountain to be greeted with a bright sunrise casting over the mountainscape. This section would be a downhill, high speed section, allowing the player to cut loose after the past sections of meticulous platforming and tight spaces. Could also borrow the ever-popular snowboarding segment for good measure. Musically, this version is a pretty standard Sonic-style rock theme with some symphonic elements dashed in to add layers of "triumph" to the mix.
