Police in Elizabeth, NJ, responded to a report of an accident on the highway on-ramp where one vehicle became disabled as a result of the crash. Upon arrival, Officers met with the driver of the vehicle, Cassandra, who exhibited signs of impairment. Cassandra later submitted to standardized field sobriety testing, however continued to be difficult with officers. She was later arrested and charged with the following:
Driving under the influence
Reckless Driving
Careless Driving
Resisting Arrest
Her final BAC was 0.16%
This is Cassandra's second DUI arrest. She failed to appear in court.
