I was out on the scene of an accident trying to push traffic over when a vehicle drove head-on into my patrol car. I had to swerve out of the way, and she missed me by inches. When I made contact, the driver appeared intoxicated. I initiated a DWI investigation, and she failed the field sobriety tests. Throughout the interaction, she was argumentative, mentioning she had a PBA card and was a college student. At the station, she initially refused the Alcotest and became upset when I took her marijuana into evidence, despite her claim of having a medical card.
