This is another great cocktail by cocktail king Sam Ross. The Mosquito - A spicy cocktail with ginger, mezcal, campari and lemon. This drink packs a PUNCH for sure, and is not for everyone, but if you like to venture out and try bold cocktails - this is for you!
The Mosquito
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Ginger syrup (see video here youtube.com/watch?v=RVl_E4wbwKg)
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Campari
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Mezcal
Shake hard and serve up in your preferred glassware. Garnish with candied ginger.
