I decided to do another original cocktail recipe of mine, cause why not? Today I'm using SOTOL, which is another great spirit from Mexico but it is also being produced in the U.S. This is definitely one of my most interesting cocktails, and it gained a lot of popularity at the bar, especially with other hospitality workers (also known as "INDUSTRY") and cocktail nerds. I hope you give it a try!

For Whom the Bell Sotol
2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 oz (15ml) grenadine
3/4 (22.5ml) lemon juice
1/2 (15ml) Sotol
1 1/2 oz (45ml) China-China
1 oz (30ml) Club Soda
Give this quick shake and strain over ice and a splash of club soda. Garnish with an orange twist and a sprig of mint if you're feeling fancy.
