Tired of making the same Manhattan and Old Fashioned? Want to try something new? Have a Leaving a Mark! It's a Manhattan variation that I'm sure you'll love! It's also similar to a Brooklyn cocktail and a Boulevardier.
It's not a classic cocktail, it was created in New York at Park Hyatt Hotel, by bartender Steven Gonzalez (instagram.com/theillusionistnyc/?hl=en)

Leaving a Mark

2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz (15ml) Amaro Montenegro
1/2 oz (15ml) Cocchi Americano
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Cynar
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Rye Whiskey

Quick stir, serve over ice and garnish with an orange twist.

Check out this funny video on how to pronounce COCCHI AMERICANO and CYNAR :)
