This week I'm showing you how to make a Vesper, the famous James Bond Martini. However, I will make it stirred not shaken...JB is good at a lot of things, making cocktails maybe not so much :)
This is my recipe that I've used at several bars where I've worked.

Vesper
2 dashes Orange bitters (I'm using Regan's)
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Cocchi Americano
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Vodka
1 1/2 oz (45ml) London Dry Style Gin

STIR this, serve in a fancy glass and garnish with a thin lemon peel.
